Li our managing director, visited their subsidiaries including Co-trust battery storage solution manufacturing facilities. The factory is expected to have a capacity of 10 GWh per annual by 2018.
After this trip, Qbots have signed key strategic partnership agreement with COMTEC Clean Energy Group. Qbots aims to develop advanced analytics and control software, which could be utilised by COMTEC in their projects in China. Moreover, COMTEC are looking to expand into the Indian market, for which Qbots have agreed to work together by utilising some existing relationships and providing the technology support. Also through COMTEC we are able to work with their strategic partner ABB (website link from brochure), thus, would use ABB PCS (Power COnversion System) in its solutions.
It is envisaged that Qbots will source QSTORE – battery storage solution for its clients by working with COMTEC. QSTORE will be designed in UK based on the client requirements, then will be assembled in China or in UK based on whether its a containerised or on-site installation.
